The stunning photograph captures some of the wonderful scenery to be found in the Glacier National Park in the US state of Montana. St Mary Lake (pictured) is renowned for its rich blue/green tones. The colour is caused by minerals bleeding from the surrounding mountains when the snow melts. Taken on a calm spring day this photograph captures the majesty and splendour of this magical place.
